Dave Chisnall expects "different" final if he faces Phil Taylor in World Grand Prix

Chisnall issues warning to Taylor

Dave Chisnall has insisted that he will put up a fight against Phil Taylor in Dublin should there be a repeat of last year's World Grand Prix final.

The 34-year-old suffered a 6-0 thumping at the hands of Taylor at the Citywest Hotel in 2013, but Chisnall is confident that he is now capable of causing the 11-time champion problems.

"If I play him again in the final this year, I think it'll be a different game," Chisnall told ESPN. "I think there will be more in it. I gave him a bit too much respect last year as well."

Chisnall defeated 2012 winner Michael van Gerwen on his route to the final last year.
