Kevin O'Brien makes Leicestershire T20 switch

Ireland international Kevin O'Brien agrees to play T20 Blast cricket for the Leicestershire Foxes.

The Leicestershire Foxes have confirmed that Kevin O'Brien will play for them in this year's T20 Blast.

The Irish all-rounder, who has made 125 T20 appearances during his career, will arrive at Grace Road on May 15 and is due to depart on June 26.

"It is great to have Kevin as part of our NatWest T20 Blast team in 2015. Kevin adds further international experience to a lineup that includes his brother Niall, Grant Elliott, Mark Cosgrove, Clint McKay and Rob Taylor," chief executive Wasim Khan told the club's official website.

O'Brien, 31, has previously had spells with Gloucestershire, Nottinghamshire, Somerset and Surrey.
