India secure a series whitewash over Australia with victory in the fourth Test in Delhi.

India have secured a 4-0 series whitewash over Australia after securing a six-wicket win on day three of the fourth Test in Delhi.

Ravinda Jadeja took five wickets at the expense of 58 runs as the hosts bowled out the tourists for 164 in their second innings with Peter Siddle top-scoring for Australia with 50.

Nathan Lyon took his dismissal tally in the final Test to nine after taking Virat Kohli and Sachin Tendulkar during the host's second innings.

However, India weren't to be denied the victory as Cheteshwar Pujara's unbeaten 82, which included 11 fours, saw them over the finish line with 158-4.

The match marks the first time that Australia have lost a series 4-0 since a defeat by South Africa in 1970.
