England wrap up India series with ease

England have defeated India by an innings and 244 runs in the fifth Test to win the series 3-1.

The tourists were bowled out for 94 inside 30 overs ahead of Tea on day three, as England recorded their second-biggest win over their opponents.

Seven of India's batsmen failed to reach double figures at the Oval, with Moeen Ali catching Ishant Sharma to secure the win for his side.

Before that, England had dominated the day's play, eventually being bowled out for 486.

Jimmy Anderson took another two wickets after lunch, and Chris Jordan helped himself to four as Alastair Cook's side continued their resurgence with a thumping victory.
