Jos Buttler available for Lancashire Lightning

England have made Jos Buttler available for Lancashire Lightning's T20 Blast fixture against rivals Yorkshire on Friday evening.

The wicketkeeper was last night named in the England squad for the one-day international series against New Zealand, which gets underway in Birmingham next Tuesday.

However, despite those commitments, the 24-year-old will be temporarily released to represent his county.

Bowler James Anderson will play no part in the encounter, though, having been rested ahead of the upcoming Ashes.
