Jamie Overton replaces Liam Plunkett in England squad

England have called up Jamie Overton to their one-day squad as a replacement for the injured Liam Plunkett.

The Somerset bowler will join twin brother Craig Overton in the national set-up for the final two games of the series with New Zealand.

Plunkett picked up a thigh strain in the 13-run defeat to the Black Caps at The Oval on Friday.

Chris Jordan has also been ruled out of the remainder of the series after sustaining a side injury in the same match.

New Zealand currently lead the series 2-1 after their three-wicket victory over Eoin Morgan's side on Sunday.

The fourth match in the series takes place at Trent Bridge on Wednesday.
