Ashley Giles focused on Lancashire despite England job availability

Former spin bowler Ashley Giles reveals that he has no interest in becoming England coach.

Lancashire coach Ashley Giles has confirmed that he has no interest in replacing Peter Moores with England.

Moores was dismissed by the ECB over the weekend after a dismal few months, but Giles insists that he will not return to the national side.

He told Manchester Evening News: "I haven't seen my name mentioned that much, but I have got a role here.

"I have been given a fantastic opportunity by the club, and I'm loving it. That's got to be my focus. I can't look anywhere else but here."

Giles was coach of the limited overs side for 18 months between 2012 and 2014.
