Anderson "delighted" with England win

James Anderson has said that he is "delighted" with England's win in the second Test against the West Indies in Grenada.

England's record Test wicket taker led the attack as the tourists bowled their opponents out for 307 on the final day, before Alastair Cook and Gary Ballance guided the side to a nine-wicket win.

Anderson told Sky Sports News: "I'm delighted we managed to get the wickets and get a result out of a game when we were looking at a draw on a flat wicket. We all believed we could get them and put the pressure on.

"Drawing games isn't why we played the game, we want to win and this was a great team performance. We stuck to the task brilliantly and never took our foot off the gas."

Anderson finished with 4-43 in the second innings, while also contributing two catches and a run out.
