Flower: 'No problem with Bresnan's behaviour'

England coach Andy Flower thinks that Tim Bresnan's fine for dissent against Indai was "harsh".

England coach Andy Flower is adamant that Tim Bresnan has a "very good" disciplinary record despite being fined for dissent.

The bowler has been fined 7.5% of his match fee after snatching his cap from umpire Sudhir Asnani in the third one-day international between England and India yesterday.

"Tim Bresnan is an outstanding young man with a very good disciplinary record," Sky Sports News quotes Flower as saying. "To be quite honest, I think in this instance it is a harsh judgment - in that it was quite a frustrating over for him.

"I have no problem at all with Tim's behaviour. He has an outstanding conduct record.

"They've made their judgement, and whether or not we disagree with it is by the by. I think we all move on now."

England resume their five-match ODI against India with the fourth fixture on Sunday.
