David Warner's knock of 119 helped Australia win their second one-day international against New Zealand and clinch the three-match series with one game to spare.
It has been a miserable couple of months for the Aussies as they were hammered 5-0 in their ODI series against South Africa and lost the Test campaign 2-1 to New Zealand on home soil.
They bounced back in Sydney by winning the opening ODI at the weekend, and they have continued that trend with a 116-run triumph in Canberra.
Warner top-scored with 119 off 115 balls, while captain Steven Smith contributed with 72 runs and Mitchell Marsh ended the innings unbeaten on 76 to help Australia reach 378-5 after 50 overs.
In reply, Martin Guptill hit 45, while Kane Williamson and James Neesham scored half-centuries before eventually falling on 81 and 74 respectively.
The remaining batsmen in the order failed to reach 20 runs individually as Pat Cummins dominated the field by taking four wickets, while Mitchell Starc, Josh Hazlewood and James Faulkner nabbed two apiece to bowl New Zealand out for 262.
