Australia reach 118 at lunch

Australia are 118-1 at lunch on day one of the third Test against South Africa in Cape Town.

Michael Clarke opted to bat after winning the toss and Australia found their rhythm early on.

South Africa's bowlers were largely off colour, with Chris Rogers and David Warner building a lead of 64.

However, a full Dale Steyn delivery saw Rogers (25) play a loose shot, and Graeme Smith took the catch for the first wicket of the day.

South Africa were unable to build on that, with Alex Doolan (13*) and Warner frustrating Vernon Philander, Kyle Abbott and Morne Morkel.

Warner soon made it past 50, and ended on 75 as the players went in for lunch.
