Injury forces Brett Lee, Shane Watson to return to Australia

The experienced Australian duo of Brett Lee and Shane Watson have been forced to return home early from the tour of England after suffering injuries.

Fast bowler Lee and vice-captain Watson both injured their calves in the fourth one-dayer at Durham on Saturday.

Australia team Dr John Orchard said that both men are flying back to Sydney for MRI scans and further treatment.

England lead the five-match series 3-0 and will be looking for a series whitewash in the final match at Old Trafford tomorrow.
