Shane Warne critical of Brad Haddin omission

Shane Warne criticises Australia's decision to leave Brad Haddin out of the third Ashes Test at Edgbaston.

Shane Warne has hit out at Australia's decision to leave Brad Haddin out of the third Ashes Test.

The wicketkeeper missed the second Test in Cardiff due to personal reasons, but the tourists have opted to keep Peter Nevill in the side rather than recall the 37-year-old for the match at Edgbaston.

Warne is the latest former player to hit out at Australia's selectors over Haddin's omission following criticism from the likes of Ricky Ponting and Matthew Hayden.

Haddin has played 62 Tests for Australia since 2009.
