Boycott: 'Australia have no chance'

Geoffrey Boycott has insisted that Australia have no chance of winning the first Ashes Test after a dominant display by England.

The former England batsman also dismissed Australia's batting as 'nothing special' as the tourists need 412 runs to win the first Test.

"There is no way they are going to get it," Boycott told BBC Sport.

"Their batting is okay but not special."

England put on a strong display while batting on Friday, scoring 289 runs in their second innings to give themselves a sizeable lead.
