Gabriel Maestre Perez of Venezuela has defeated Iran's Amin Ghasemi Pour in their Olympic welterweight bout.
Perez showed some decent technical ability against the Iranian, who couldn't settle into any sort of rhythm.
The South American looked comfortable throughout the three-round contest and won every round on his way to a 13-8 triumph.
