Vitali Klitschko has said that David Haye's only motivation is money as a fight between the two looks ever more unlikely.
Earlier this month Bernd Bonte, who manages the Klitschkos, said Haye's monetary demands were making negotiations "impossible".
"David Haye can be strong again," Vitali said. "He can be the world champion again. He can fight me, the oldest and weakest of the Klitschko brothers. Haye has a chance to get back into the game. I don't understand why money is his only motivation."
Haye lost his WBA belt to Vitali's brother Wladimir last year and Vitali said it was a 50/50 decision over which brother Haye would take on.
"I wanted to fight him last time but I flipped a coin with Wladimir and he won," he added. I was happy when Wladimir beat Haye because it brought all the heavyweight title belts into our family.
"I was also a bit upset because, after all the bad words he used against us, I wanted to beat him up. He has no excuses not to fight me now."
Wladimir has told Haye to take whatever is offered to him and "grab the chance to gain respect back".
Vitali defends his WBC heavyweight crown against another Brit, Dereck Chisora, next weekend.
