WBA welterweight champion Keith Thurman has predicted that he will stop Robert Guerrero when they clash in Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Thurman is making the first defence of a belt that he received after previously becoming interim belt holder, and the unbeaten American believes that he will inflict a third career defeat on the former two-weight world champion.
The 26-year-old told ESPN: "He has fought several welterweights, but in my opinion, he hasn't fought one welterweight with exponential power.
"He didn't even fight a 140-pounder with extreme power. With that being said, I believe I am going to be a true test to his head and to his body for 12 rounds."
Thurman has won 21 of his 24 professional matches inside the distance.
