Khan: 'I've signed to fight Mayweather'

Amir Khan has said that he has signed a contract to fight Floyd Mayweather Jnr.

The Bolton-born fighter has reportedly been in talks to clash with the unbeaten Mayweather for a number of months, and the 27-year-old Khan has claimed that he has inked a deal and is just waiting on 'Money' to uphold his end of the bargain.

He told the Daily Mail: "I am the one who signed the contract, I've signed my part of the contract, they've not signed theirs. If [Mayweather] wants to fight Amir Khan then he should sign it.

"If he wants to face someone I've beaten then so be it. He wants to fight someone who makes him look good but styles make fights."

Khan was victorious in his last bout against Julio Diaz back in April.
