Amir Khan comeback date confirmed

Amir Khan's comeback fight against Carlos Molina will take place on December 15 in Los Angeles, it has been confirmed.

The 25-year-old, who recently parted ways with coach Freddie Roach, has not been in the ring since he was beaten by Danny Garcia in July.

Virgil Hunter will now be in the Bolton-born fighter's corner following the American's appointment last month.

Meanwhile, Khan's upcoming opponent is undefeated in 17 bouts.
