IBF proposes four-man tournament to find Wladimir Klitschko challenger

IBF outlines tournament to challenge Klitschko

The International Boxing Federation (IBF) have announced details of a four-man tournament they wish to hold in order to find the next challenger for Wladimir Klitschko.

It has been proposed that Cuban Odlanier Solis will face European champion Kubrat Pulev, and Poland's Tomasz Adamek should come up against Russian Alexander Ustinov.

It is reported that Solis and Adamek, who have both suffered defeats to Wladimir's brother Vitali, have agreed to the move, while Pulev and Ustinov have yet to issue a response.

Wladimir Klitschko won his recent defence of his four heavyweight titles on Saturday night with a sixth-round stoppage of American Tony Thompson.
