David Haye wants Klitschko fight

David Haye admits that he would delay his retirement for a fight with Wladimir or Vitali Klitschko.

British boxer David Haye has admitted that he would reconsider his retirement plans if one of the Klitschko brothers agrees to fight him.

The 30-year-old heavyweight lost his WBA title to Wladimir Klitschko in July in what was widely anticipated to be his final bout.

Haye had always said that he would retire before his 31st birthday in October but a rematch with Wladimir or a fight with his brother Vitali could prove too good to turn down.

"If I am given a rematch or Vitali will fight me, I will postpone my retirement for six months," said Haye.

"I've reconsidered everything after talking to my family and meeting with Lennox Lewis in Montego Bay, Jamaica.

"We chilled out there and Lennox gave me some tips on how to beat Vitali, just like he did in 2003."

Wladimir won the last fight with Haye on points in Hamburg to add the WBA belt to his IBO, IBF and WBO titles.
