George Groves splits with trainer Adam Booth

George Groves has split with trainer Adam Booth just two months before his world title showdown against Carl Froch.

Booth had been working with Groves his whole professional career back to 2008, but will now solely focus on David Haye's upcoming British heavyweight blockbuster against Tyson Fury.

It is now believed that Groves will have to bring in a replacement sooner rather than later as he prepares for the Froch superfight.

Groves faces Froch at Manchester's MEN Arena on November 23.
