George Groves fine with James DeGale link

George Groves is comfortable after linking up with the same promoter as rival James DeGale.

George Groves believes that working under the same promoter as James DeGale will not cause a problem between the two.

The British and Commonwealth Super-Middleweight champion signed a promotional agreement with Frank Warren earlier today, a move which will see him have more contact with DeGale.

The pair have had a rivalry for a number of years, culminating in a bout in May which Groves won on 115-114 on points.

However, despite the animosity, 23-year-old Groves not does believe anything will change for him.

"Nothing will really change for me personally," he told Sky Sports News.

"I'm still training in the same gym with Adam Booth. James is doing his own thing, he's on his own path and needs to go away and look after himself.

"We'll probably bump into each other more than we used to and more than maybe we'd like, but that's fine by me. I'll just try not to gloat!"

Warren has confirmed that the fighters will have a rematch at some stage.
