IBF super-middleweight champion Carl Froch insists that he will be "firing on all cylinders" during his clash with Mikkel Kessler on Saturday night.

IBF super-middleweight champion Carl Froch has revealed that he has warned Mikkel Kessler "not to be too brave" during their clash on Saturday night.

Froch is looking to avenge his 2010 defeat to Kessler, and the Nottingham fighter has insisted that he will be at his best during the bout at the O2 Arena.

The 35-year-old told Sky Sports News: "I know, and Mikkel knows, that I wasn't at my best in the first fight, and it was one of the things that I was letting him know [during the weigh-in].

"I will be at my best tomorrow night, and I have told him not to be too brave, because he will be in for a shock.

"The way I'm feeling and the way the preparation has gone - I'm firing on all cylinders."

Froch has 30 victories from 32 bouts, while Kessler has lost just twice in 48 fights.
