Carl Froch: 'George Groves doesn't love boxing'

Carl Froch has claimed that George Groves does not "love boxing" ahead of their clash on Saturday evening.

'The Cobra' meets Groves at the Phones 4U Arena this weekend, and the Nottingham fighter feels that his opponent is not truly interested in his profession.

"He doesn't love boxing, he doesn't love the sport, not like me," Froch told the Daily Mail.

"He doesn't love fighting, not like me. He'd happily not fight at all and that's definitely not like me.

"George can have it wherever he wants but he doesn't really want it at all."

Froch beat Mikkel Kessler in his last fight back in May.
