Nathan Cleverly to face Sean Corbin in Cardiff

Welshman Nathan Cleverly will face Guyana's Sean Corbin when he makes his cruiserweight debut in Cardiff on May 17.

Cleverly hasn't competed since he lost his WBO light-heavyweight belt to Sergey Kovalev in August, with the performance initially leading to the 27-year-old contemplating his future in the sport.

However, after deciding to move up a division and make the move to Matchroom Sport, Cleverly has been handed a debut bout against Corbin, who will enter the contest with 17 wins from 21 professional encounters.
