Chisora's boxing licence withdrawn

Dereck Chisora has had his boxing licence withdrawn by the British Boxing Board of Control.

The BBBofC are believed to have taken the decision for Chisora's conduct both before and after his fight with Vitali Klitschko last month.

Chisora slapped Klitschko around the face during the weigh-in, before going on to spit water in the face of the Ukrainian's brother, Wladimir.

This was followed by his now-infamous press conference brawl with fellow British boxer David Haye in Munich, which resulted in Chisora being arrested by German Police.

Chisora has 14 days to decide whether or not he wants to appeal the BBBofC's verdict.
