Ricky Burns claims WBO belt

Scotland's Ricky Burns claimed the interim WBO lightweight title from Michael Katsidis with a unanimous points decision at Wembley Arena last night.

The three judges scored the bout 117-112, 117-111 and 117-111.

Burns, 28, will now look to add an outright world crown to the WBO title he won at super-featherweight.
