Tony Bellew says that there is "no doubt" that he won against Isaac Chilemba after being awarded a controversial draw.

Tony Bellew has claimed that there is no doubt that he won against Isaac Chilemba this morning.

The British light-heavyweight was awarded a draw in the world title eliminator in front of his home fans, with one judge giving Chilemba a four-round margin of victory.

The Liverpudlian admits that while Chilemba is a great fighter, he believes that he won the fight.

"I'm going to be honest. I thought I won the fight," he told Sky Sports afterwards.

"I let him back in the fight [after round six] but I thought I won nine of the 12 rounds. I don't know what to say.

"He's a great fighter. I've said all along he's the best all-round boxer I've faced but I won the fight, there's no question about it."

Bellew's promoter Eddie Hearn has suggested that a rematch could be on the cards, while Chilemba himself also claimed that he was dominant and deserved the win.

The winner of the fight would have become mandatory challenger for the WBC belt.
