Tony Bellew exchanges angry words with Nathan Cleverly

Tony Bellew and Nathan Cleverly exchange angry barbs after the Liverpudlian's knockout win over Julio Cesar Dos Santos.

Tony Bellew became involved in an angry verbal altercation with long-time rival Nathan Cleverly ahead of a possible rematch between the pair.

The Liverpudlian stopped Julio Cesar Dos Santos inside five rounds before immediately goading the Welshman, reserving stern words for the fellow cruiserweight.

He told Cleverly: "I'm now an established pro, I'm not a plastic world champion. I just want to hurt you."

Cleverly then replied: "I've come to his hometown and already beaten him. This time it will be emphatic, I will damage him. I will spank him again."

Earlier in the evening, Cleverly won his second bout at cruiserweight, comfortably beating Alejandro Valori.
