Anthony Joshua vs. Andy Ruiz Jr: Tale of the tape

There is a considerable size difference between world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua and challenger Andy Ruiz Jr, but how do the pair measure up against each other?

Unified world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua is scheduled to take on Andy Ruiz Jr at Madison Square Garden on Saturday night in what will be the British fighter's first appearance on American soil in the paid ranks.

Joshua had been due to take on New York resident Jarrell Miller in his own backyard, but Miller's three failed drugs tests resulted in Ruiz Jr accepting an offer to step in at a month's notice.

Ruiz gave a good account of himself when facing Joseph Parker for the WBO title back in December 2016, but much has been made of the size disparity in comparison to Joshua ahead of their showdown at the weekend.

Here, Sports Mole takes a look at how the pair measure up against one another as Joshua puts his IBF, IBO, WBA and WBO belts on the line.
