Cleveland beaten at the Garden.

Julius Randle scored 30 points and Marcus Morris added 23 as the New York Knicks beat the Cleveland Cavaliers 123-105 in New York.

The home side scored the game's first four points and never trailed.

The closest Cleveland got was 36-31, but the Knicks followed that with a 24-8 run.

Kevin Porter Jr led the Cavaliers with 18 points, while Collin Sexton and Alfonzo McKinnie each had 14.

Meanwhile, the Knicks' crosstown rivals the Brooklyn Nets lost 115-86 to the Indiana Pacers.

Without their star point guard Kyrie Irving, the Nets were no match for Indiana.

The Pacers were without two of their starters, but dominated throughout the game.

Domantas Sabonis's physicality played a starring role as he got 16 points and 18 rebounds for Indiana.

The Boston Celtics got back to winning ways in Arizona as they beat the Phoenix Suns 99-85.

In bad news for Boston, though, guard Marcus Smart sprained his right ankle in the fourth quarter, after getting 17 points, three rebounds, four assists, two steals and a block.

On 11-2, the Celtics lead the Eastern Conference, while the Suns' loss see them drop to seventh in the Western, on 7-5.

Elsewhere, the Toronto Raptors beat the Charlotte Hornets 132-96 and the Chicago Bulls lost 101-115 to the Milwaukee Bucks,

James Harden and Russell Westbrook put up a combined 64 points as the high-scoring Houston Rockets saw off the Portland Trail Blazers 132-108, and a career-best 42 from Luka Doncic helped the Dallas Mavericks to a 117-110 victory over San Antonio.

Paul George haunted his former side with the winning bucket 25.9 seconds from the end as the Los Angeles Clippers beat the Oklahoma City Thunder 90-88, and the Minnesota Timberwolves were 112-102 winners over the Utah Jazz.
