Anderson out indefinitely

New Orleans Pelicans forward Ryan Anderson has been ruled out indefinitely with a diagnosed herniated disk.

The injury occurred during the game against the Boston Celtics on January 3, after he collided with Gerald Wallace in the fourth quarter.

The Pelicans went on to win that game but will now miss Anderson's production as they prepare to face the Miami Heat on Tuesday night.

The 25-year-old is averaging 19.8 points per game along with 6.5 rebounds and 3.6 assists.
