Nick Young to undergo MRI scan on knee

The Los Angeles Lakers have confirmed that Nick Young will need an MRI scan after injuring his knee.

The guard twisted his left knee during the team's 119-108 win over the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The 28-year-old told reporters: "I planted wrong. We'll see what happens. Hope for the best, really. They was down 30, man, they could have let me get that layup."

Young has averaged 16.9 points per game this season.
