Los Angeles Lakers general manager Mitch Kupchak has revealed that he is baffled over how the Philadelphia 76ers are rebuilding their roster.

The Sixers have endured a difficult period over the last two years as they continue to obtain high Draft picks after finishing with one of the worst records in the league.

"I still don't understand what they're doing," Kupchak said, Lakers.com reports.

"Can you explain it to me, if it's so clear?"

Kupchak has previously insisted that he is against the idea of losing in order to ultimately land a top Draft pick, and believes that it will come back to haunt them.
