Pau Gasol: Back-to-back wins "really gratifying"

Pau Gasol has said that taking back-to-back wins with the Los Angeles Lakers away from home in the NBA is "really gratifying".

The forward scored 18 points during the 112-106 win over the Toronto Raptors last night.

The 33-year-old told reporters: "It's really gratifying to win back-to-back games on the road, especially with the way we've been struggling.

"I'm just really proud of the guys. They're stepping up, they're bringing the effort, bringing the intensity, bringing the focus and not wanting to give up."

The Lakers play again tonight against the Chicago Bulls.
