Further hamstring injury for Jordan Farmar

Los Angeles Lakers guard Jordan Farmar will miss at least four weeks after sustaining a fresh hamstring tear.

Jordan Farmar has been ruled out for another four weeks after picking up a new hamstring injury.

The Los Angeles Lakers guard returned from a previous injury in the team's game against the Milwaukee Bucks earlier this week, but has now picked up a fresh knock.

The team announced that an MRI scan revealed a tear in his left hamstring, which will keep him out for at least a month.

Although the injury is to the same leg, the Lakers confirmed that it is in a different location to the tear that kept him off the court for over three weeks in December.
