LeBron James: 'We will have to do better come game two'

James: 'We'll have to do better'

Cleveland Cavaliers small forward LeBron James has admitted that his side will need to do better following their game-one defeat to the Golden State Warriors in the playoff finals.

James appeared to be Cleveland's best player on show having collected 44 points in the fixture, only for the three to be usurped by Golden State point guard Stephen Curry, who shone in overtime to help steal a 108-100 victory.

"We all have to be better, including myself," said James, according to the NBA's official website.

"I don't think I was great. I've got to do better things out on the floor to help us be more precise offensively. I've got to communicate a little bit more defensively to help our team get over the hump.

"It's not about me. It's not about the next guy. It's about all of us. We have to we're going to watch the film and get better for game two."

The Cavs will be sweating on the news of Kyrie Irving's reported knee injury, which he seemed to aggravate during the extra period.
