LeBron James dismisses concussion concern

Cleveland Cavaliers forward LeBron James insists that he did not need to be tested for a concussion after cutting his head during the NBA Finals.

LeBron James has revealed that there were no concerns that he may have suffered a concussion after colliding with a camera during the NBA Finals.

The Cleveland Cavaliers forward was left with a cut head after tumbling into the camera during the 103-82 defeat to the Golden State Warriors.

The four-time MVP told reporters: "No, I didn't have to go through any concussion protocol. I had a slight headache, which I think every last one of you guys would probably have if you ran into a camera.

"You might have a little bit more than that. But I didn't go through any protocol. I'm fine. Like I said, I got a few stitches and I got a little slight headache right now, but I'll be fine with that."

The series is level at 2-2 after four games.
