Paul Pierce asks who JR Smith is

The war of words between the Brooklyn Nets and the New York Knicks continues as Paul Pierce has further stoked the flames.

JR Smith recently revealed his belief that the Knicks were genuine title contenders this year, but judging by Pierce's reaction to his comments it is clear he doesn't agree.

According to Knicks reporter Al Iannazzone on Twitter, when asked about Smith calling him bitter, Pierce replied by repeatedly asking: "Who? Who? Who?"

It promises to be a fiery encounter when these two city rivals meet for the first time in the new season in December.
