Jamaica's women's 4x400m relay team booked their place in tomorrow night's final by winning their semi-final this evening.
The quartet got off to a good start and by the first changeover they were comfortably in front.
Despite being pegged back by Ukraine during the second leg, the final two runners, which included Shericka Williams, powered away from the field as they got the baton around in 3:25.13.
Ukraine ended the race in second spot, while France took the qualifying place.
