England's James Ellington, Chris Clarke book 200m semi-final spot

Team England duo James Ellington and Chris Clarke have both booked their place in the 200m semi-finals.

Ellington came through heat seven with relative ease, crossing the line alongside Jamaica's Jason Livermore to progress through to Thursday's semis.

Clarke, meanwhile, advanced through the following heat at Hampden Park in a time of 20.71s, along with Rasheed Dwyer of Jamaica.

Fellow Team England runner Danny Talbot had already qualified for the next round earlier today.
