Riley: 'Redskins will learn from loss'

Perry Riley has said that the Washington Redskins' playoff loss to the Seattle Seahawks will make them a better team in 2013.

The Redskins are working on their off-season plans after being knocked out of the playoffs yesterday.

The linebacker told the Redskins' website: "It's a bad feeling, but we can't dwell on it. We've got to learn from it, and if we get into this position next year, look for a different outcome.

"We've already put our off-season workout plan together. [The linebackers are] going to work out together, get a supplement plan, diet plan, we're already starting on that."

The Redskins won the NFC East division this season for the first time since 1999.
