First-round Draft pick Marcus Mariota signs with Tennessee Titans

The Tennessee Titans have officially signed number two overall Draft pick Marcus Mariota to a rookie contract.

The deal comes just over a week before the start of training camps and means that all of the first-round picks from this year's Draft have signed with their respective teams.

"Thank you to the Tennessee Titans organisation as well as my agent for making a dream come true," said Mariota in a statement.

It has been noted by both NFL fans and sections of the media that Mariota has already taken well to Ken Whisenhunt's offensive plans during the off-season.
