An NFL fan has filed a lawsuit against the league, claiming that they are pricing the average spectator out of tickets for the Super Bowl.
Josh Finkelman, from New Jersey, has accused the NFL of making just 1% of all Super Bowl tickets available for the public to buy at face value.
He claims that most fans are forced to buy their tickets on the secondary market, which usually results in a major inflation in the price.
The lawsuit, which is seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages, claims that the NFL is violating the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act.
The league, who are reviewing the lawsuit, say that 75% of the match's tickets have been given to teams, who then sell them at face value to fans who win lotteries.
The Super Bowl is due to take place at the MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on February 2.
