Frank Gore: 'San Francisco 49ers must work on running game'

Frank Gore has said that the San Francisco 49ers need to focus on improving their running game.

Last year's NFC West champions have rushed for just 190 yards in their first two matches of the 2013 NFL season.

The running back told reporters: "I'm frustrated by the loss [to the Seattle Seahawks], really. We have to get better in the running game.

"We have to get it done. There are a lot of teams playing us [tough], we still have to find a way to get it done. I don't care what they do. It's about us. We have to get better."

The 49ers face the Indianapolis Colts this weekend.
