Adrian Robinson got the Steelers back into the game late on, recovering a fumbler in the end zone, but Josh Brown added his third field goal to put the Giants five points ahead late in the fourth quarter.

Linebacker Jarvis Jones recovered a fumble from Giants backup quarterback David Carr on his Steelers debut, while LaRod Stephens-Howling led the team in rushing yards in his first game with the side.

The Giants face the Indianapolis Colts in their next pre-season game, while the Steelers play the Washington Redskins next Monday.
