Marcus Mariota: 'It would be fun to play for Chip Kelly'

Oregon Ducks quarterback Marcus Mariota has admitted that he would relish joining up with former head coach Chip Kelly at the Philadelphia Eagles in the NFL.

Mariota had an impressive college career at the Ducks under Kelly and then his replacement Mark Helfrich, and has declared his eligibility for selection in the 2015 NFL Draft.

"Obviously my relationship with coach [Chip] Kelly, it'd be a lot of fun to be a part of that offense and be a part of that team," Mariota told reporters.

"But for me, any team that wants me to be part of their club, I'm all for it. Whatever happens, happens, and I'm looking forward to the process."

Mariota won the Heisman Trophy for the best player in the college game for his exploits in the 2014 season.
