Report: Antoine Winfield would consider NFL return

Recently-retired cornerback Antoine Winfield would reportedly consider returning to the NFL to join the right team.

Antoine Winfield has not ruled out returning to the NFL, according to reports.

The cornerback announced that he planned to retire after being told that he was going to be released by the Seattle Seahawks last month.

According to ESPN, the 36-year-old has kept in shape, and would come out of retirement if he finds "the right situation".

Winfield also spent time with the Minnesota Vikings and Buffalo Bills during his 14-season career.
