Minnesota Vikings expect Adrian Peterson to play

Adrian Peterson is expected to play against the New York Giants tomorrow, despite missing practice with a tight hamstring this week.

The Minnesota Vikings running back has been listed as probable on the team's injury report, having been able to return to the practice field yesterday.

The 2012 MVP also missed time this week to attend his son's funeral.

Peterson has 483 rushing yards and five touchdowns so far this season.
